If your item is defective, damaged, or doesn't fit or you were sent the wrong item etc, please contact us with your order number within 30 business days of receipt and we will be happy to help you with an exchange or refund.
- Please contact us at email@example.com with the email you initially ordered with or at least provide it. (We don't want any randos getting a hold of your info!)
- We cannot send replacements to a different address than the original.
- Exchanges can only be accepted for the same item/different size.
- If we are out of stock in your chosen size, you will be refunded.
- Once we receive your return and it is deemed to be in re-sellable condition, we will refund you or ship out your replacement within 3-5 business days.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your exchange.
- We will not ship out replacements or provide refunds until the original item is returned in an acceptable, re-sellable condition.
