Return & Exchange Policy

We offer refunds when:

1. Your item is damaged upon receiving it. Photographic proof is required within 3 business days of receiving your item. Please contact us and either we will send you a replacement or refund you in the form of store credit.

2. The item we sent is incorrect. If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong series/color/size. We will either re-send you the correct item or refund youin the form of store credit.

We do NOT offer refunds when:

1. You changed your mind upon receiving your item. 

2. If you damage an item after receiving it. We do not offer refunds for damage to an item caused by improper use or neglect.
