If your item is defective, damaged, or doesn't fit etc, please contact us with your order number within 10 business days of receipt and we will be happy to help you with an exchange or refund.
- Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the email you initially ordered with or at least provide it. (We don't want any randos getting a hold of your info!)
- We cannot send replacements to a different address than the original.
- Exchanges can only be accepted for the same item/different size.
- If we are out of stock in your chosen size, you will be refunded.
- Once we receive your return and it is deemed to be in re-sellable condition, we will refund you or ship out your replacement within 3-5 business days.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your exchange.
