Return & Exchange Policy

We offer refunds when:

1. Your item is damaged upon receiving it. Photographic proof is required within 3 business days of receiving your item. Please contact us and either we will send you a replacement or refund you in the form of store credit.

2. The item we sent is incorrect. If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong series/color/size. We will either re-send you the correct item or refund you 

in the form of store credit.

We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges for:

1. Buyer's remorse. 

2. Ordering the wrong size. We include all sizing info on each individual listings, Clothing varies by manufacturer, so please MEASURE yourself before ordering.

3. Unclaimed packages. If you do not claim a package and it is sent back, we do not offer refunds but we can ship back at the buyers expense.
