Return & Exchange Policy

If you dislike your item for any reason (defective, damaged, doesnt fit etc) 
Please contact us with your order number within 5 days and we will be happy to send you a replacement or refund you in the form of store credit.

  • Exchanges can be done using your store credit to place a new order or to buy something else.
  • We cannot send replacements to a different address than the original.
  • Please contact us with the email you initially ordered with or at least provide it. (We dont want any randos getting a hold of your info!)

Ineligible returns/refunds:

-Any clothing worn, altered, washed or missing tags.

-Earrings or wigs (you wouldn't want to wear used wigs or earrings would you?)-
